Shivalinga picture is a dubbed verision of Tamil film Sivalinga and it is a sentimental thriller picture directed by P Vasu and created by Ramesh P Pillai while Thaman S Scored music for this picture. Raghava Lawrence and Ritika Singh are assuming the principle lead parts alongside Vadivelu, Skahthi Vasu are found in supporting parts.

Taking after the accomplishment of P. Vasu's Kannada blood and gore movie, Shivalinga (2016), the producer remaked the venture in Tamil. Vasu at first attempted to showcase the venture as Chandramukhi 2, as an otherworldly continuation of Chandramukhi (2005), and moved toward Rajinikanth to depict the lead role. However, the performing artist did not acknowledge to chip away at the venture, while reports recommended that Vasu may approach Ajith Kumar for the film. In March 2016, Raghava Lawrence acknowledged to take a shot at the film, while Vadivelu was likewise marked on to show up in a part from that point. After transactions with Anushka Shetty and Hansika Motwani, Vasu marked on Ritika Singh for the female lead part. Vasu's child, Shakthi, was likewise added to the thrown to repeat the part he had depicted in the first form. Shakthi uncovered that his character would have more unmistakable quality in the Tamil rendition, in examination with the Kannada adaptation.
